By accessing the AYDENS Garage website or using any of our automotive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website and services at our facility located at Block 7, Plot 7, Etal Avenue, Off Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Lagos, Nigeria.
Our Services
AYDENS Garage provides professional automotive maintenance, repair, diagnostic, and cosmetic upgrade services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Brake system servicing and repair
- Air conditioning servicing
- Tire and wheel services including alignment and balancing
- Oil change, lubrication, and filter replacement
- Transmission repair and servicing
- Steering and suspension work
- Electrical system diagnostics and repair
- Cosmetic upgrades and custom modifications
- Collision repair and bodywork
Appointment Booking
Appointments may be booked through our website, via WhatsApp, or by phone. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge the following:
- Appointment requests submitted through our website are sent to our team via WhatsApp and are subject to confirmation
- A booking request does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our team
- We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred date and time, but may propose alternatives based on availability
- You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information when booking
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
Service Estimates and Pricing
- All service estimates are provided after a thorough vehicle inspection and diagnosis
- Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- If additional work beyond the original estimate is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding
- Prices quoted are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance
Parts and Materials
We use genuine and high-quality aftermarket parts for all repairs and services. Regarding parts:
- We source parts from reputable suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) where possible
- Customers may request specific brands or OEM parts, which may affect pricing and lead times
- Replaced parts belong to AYDENS Garage unless the customer requests their return at the time of service authorisation
- Warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms
Service Warranty
AYDENS Garage stands behind the quality of our workmanship:
- Labour warranty covers workmanship for a period of 90 days or 5,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of service completion
- Parts warranty is governed by the respective manufacturer's warranty policy
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly and the vehicle must be returned to our facility for inspection
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorised modifications after service
- Warranty is void if the vehicle has been serviced or repaired by another facility after our service
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and its condition
- Authorise all services before work commences
- Collect your vehicle within 48 hours of being notified that the service is complete
- Make timely payment for all services rendered
- Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before dropping it off for service
Vehicle Storage
While your vehicle is in our care, we take reasonable precautions to ensure its safety. However:
- AYDENS Garage is not responsible for loss of personal items left in vehicles
- Vehicles not collected within 7 days of service completion may incur daily storage charges
- We reserve the right to exercise a lien on vehicles for which payment remains outstanding
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- AYDENS Garage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for delays in service caused by parts availability, shipping, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Website Use
By using our website, you agree to the following:
- You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of AYDENS Garage and may not be reproduced without written permission
- Information on our website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute professional automotive advice for your specific situation
Operating Hours
Our standard operating hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (By Appointment)
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed (Emergency Only)
Emergency roadside assistance is available outside standard hours. Operating hours may vary during public holidays or special circumstances, and we will communicate any changes to affected customers.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from our services or these terms:
- We encourage you to first contact our team directly to resolve the matter amicably
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
- Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
